Gary has over 30 years of experience in all corporate matters, providing legal guidance and skilled representation to private companies in all business sectors.
With a concentration in M&A transactions, Gary has served as legal counsel to buyers and sellers across a broad range of small businesses ($1MM - $80MM in revenue). From start-up to financing to M&A transactions, Gary has represented clients throughout their life cycles in all areas, including those involving corporate governance and associated with complex transactions. He also offers expertise in legal matters related to start-ups, particularly ones in the area of hi-tech.
Being involved at the highest level in business ventures himself; Gary brings comprehensive legal knowledge and years of experience as a successful entrepreneur to the table when representing clients.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of privately held companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and business combinations of all types. He also has extensive experience in the areas of acquisition lending, corporate finance, corporate governance, and transactional work, including drafting and review of contracts and commercial documents and agreements involving customers, suppliers, employees and consultants. He has also aided clients on various business-related succession planning matters, including drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements and other related buy-sell arrangements.
During his 30 plus year legal career, Jeff has served as in-house General Counsel for a publicly traded company and as a partner in a New York City corporate law firm.
He is a graduate of Purdue University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
