Roll-up of commercial fire prevention systems integrators. Represented two different Sellers (for $16MM and $5MM) in a simultaneous acquisition by PE Fund. The Sellers were in different states, and each underwent an F Reorg prior to closing. Each of the Sellers had varied stakes in the roll-up, both in continued involvement and equity participation.
Sale of 3PL (warehouse, trucking, fulfillment) to a strategic investor. Represented Seller in $6MM sale. The transaction included the lease of a 250,000 sq/ft facility, the transfer of 120 employees and the consent of a customer which accounted for over 70% of Seller’s revenue.
